Ingredients:
~ 1 rotisserie chicken
~ 1 apple
~ 1 cup of grapes
~ 1 half of a red onion
~ 3 celery stalks
~ 1 cup pecans
~ 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
~ 1/2 teaspoon salt
~ 1 teaspoon pepper
~ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
(You can add more or less of any of the ingredients you want this is just what we like)
Instructions:
1. Debone chicken and cut chicken in to 1 inch cubes. Peel apple and core it, and finely dice, cut grapes in half, mince onion, finely dice celery, rough chop pecans.
2. In large bowl add in chicken, apple, grapes, onion, celery, pecans, mayo, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir together until well combined, chill in air tight container in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
Note: serve in, on or with bread, croissants, crackers, a wrap, lettuce, sweet peppers...anything you want, hope you enjoy!
