Ingredients:
~ 1 pound noodles of your choice (we use macaroni, egg noodles or rotini usually)
~ 1 stick butter
~ 1 pound of american cheese slices or velveeta
~ milk as needed
~ 1 teaspoon salt
~ 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. In large sauce pan fill a little over half way with water, put a dash of salt in it and put it over high heat with the lid on. When it comes to a boil add in noodles and cook a few mins longer than directed on box. When noodles are done if there is a cup or less of water in it don't drain the noodles. If there is more than a cup of water drain the noodles leaving about a cup of the starch water in the pan.
2. Add in your stick of butter, cheese, (cut velveeta in to 1 inch cubes) salt and pepper add in milk as needed until you get the consistency you like, stir until melted. (If your cheese isn't melting turn the heat on low until everything is melted and combined) Enjoy!
